Studies of Pilocarpine Uptake & Release in Vitro Using Soft Contact Lens

Abstract
|
|
|
The times of uptake & release of pilocarpine solution by soft contact lenses were studied with spectrophometer in vitro.
The uptake time was about 30minutes and the releasing time was stationary after 30minutes.
The lower concentriction of pilocarpine solution was generally rapid uptake & release than higher.
